Questions
How am I billed?
Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically every month until you cancel. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles taxes, billing enquiries and refunds.
How do I cancel?
Open Account → Manage subscription in the app, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of any payment. See the Refund Policy.
Do you offer promo codes?
From time to time we issue promo codes. Enter a code in Account → Promo code: some codes activate Pro for a period at no charge, others apply a discount at checkout.
Are the dimensions legally binding?
No. Widths, templates and checks are indicative design aids. Always verify your design against the regulations of your country and city.
